At Sunsets Inc, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if a fit isn't right, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to qualify for a full refund.

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Securely place the unworn fashion pieces in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
